What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website you visit. Cookies are widely used to make websites work, to make them work more efficiently, and to provide reporting information. Similar technologies — such as local storage, session storage, and pixels — are covered by this policy under the general term “cookies”.
Stripe Checkout cookies & payment security
Stripe Checkout Disclosure
Payment processor: All payments on reputationcourse.info are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, "Stripe"). Stripe acts as the payment processor for Ravexio Limited. When you use Stripe Checkout, Stripe sets its own cookies on Stripe-controlled domains (such as stripe.com, js.stripe.com, and m.stripe.com) for fraud prevention, payment security, and session management.
Stripe cookie details: These cookies are strictly necessary for payment processing and are governed by Stripe's Cookie Policy. We do not control how Stripe sets, reads, or manages these cookies. They may include session identifiers, device-fingerprinting tokens, and anti-fraud signals that Stripe uses to protect both buyers and merchants.
Data handling: Ravexio does not receive, store, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or PIN. Stripe collects, transmits, and stores your payment card details directly in accordance with the Stripe Consumer Terms and Stripe Privacy Policy.
Billing descriptor: Charges appear on your statement as RAVEXIO or REPUTATIONCOURSE via Stripe. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us at contact@reputationcourse.info before initiating a dispute.
Business information: Ravexio Limited, a private limited company incorporated in Hong Kong (Co. Reg. 79729504), with registered office at 1 Sunning Road, 5/F, Lee Garden 3, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. Contact: contact@reputationcourse.info.
How we use cookies
We group cookies into three categories:
- Strictly necessary — required for the Site and Course to function (e.g. authentication, security, checkout). These cannot be switched off without breaking core functionality.
- Functional — remember your preferences, such as your country at checkout.
- Analytics — help us understand, in aggregate, how the Site is used so we can improve it. These are only set with your consent where required.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Cookies we set
| Cookie | Category | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| rc_session | Strictly necessary | Keeps you signed in to your Course account. | Session / up to 30 days |
| rc_csrf | Strictly necessary | Protects forms against cross-site request forgery. | Session |
| rc_consent | Functional | Stores your cookie consent choice. | 12 months |
| rc_locale | Functional | Remembers your preferred display language and country. | 12 months |
| rc_analytics | Analytics | Privacy-respecting, aggregated usage statistics. Only set with consent. | 13 months |
Third-party cookies
When you reach the checkout page, our payment processor Stripe sets its own cookies on its domains (such as stripe.com and js.stripe.com) for fraud prevention, security, and payment processing. These cookies are governed by Stripe’s own cookie and privacy notices and are essential for completing a purchase securely. We do not control how Stripe sets or reads its cookies.
Aside from Stripe, we do not knowingly load third-party social-media or advertising cookies on the Site.
Managing cookies
You can accept or decline non-essential cookies via the consent banner shown on your first visit, and change your choice at any time by clearing your site data and reloading the page. You can also manage or delete cookies through your browser settings — most browsers allow you to block cookies from specific sites, delete existing cookies, or set general rules.
Please note that disabling strictly-necessary cookies will prevent core features such as signing in or completing checkout from working.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no consistent industry standard for how to respond, we treat any DNT signal as a refusal of optional analytics cookies, but it does not affect strictly-necessary cookies required to use the Service.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy if the cookies we use change. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent version. For more on how we handle personal data more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.
