Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (the “Customer”, “you”) and Ravexio Limited, a private limited company incorporated in Hong Kong with company registration number 79729504 and registered office at 1 Sunning Road, 5/F, Lee Garden 3, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong (“Ravexio”, “we”, “us”).

The Terms govern your access to and use of the website at reputationcourse.info (the “Site”) and the online course offered under the brand ReputationCourse (the “Course”, together with the Site, the “Service”). By creating an account, completing a purchase, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy.

The Service is intended for adults using it for personal professional development. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years oldand legally capable of entering into this agreement in your jurisdiction. The Service is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at checkout and for keeping your account credentials confidential. You must notify us promptly at contact@reputationcourse.info if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

ReputationCourse is a digital, self-paced educational programconsisting of pre-recorded lessons, written materials, downloadable worksheets and templates, and (depending on the tier) supplementary resources such as audit checklists and review-response scripts. The exact contents of each tier are described on the Pricing and Curriculum pages.

A purchase grants lifetime access for the same Customer to the tier purchased, for as long as Ravexio continues to operate the Service. “Lifetime” means the operating lifetime of the Service and is not a perpetual right against future discontinuation (see Section 13).

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) on the Site and are charged in USD at checkout. Your card issuer or payment provider may apply currency conversion and foreign transaction fees that are not controlled by Ravexio.

Where required by law, applicable indirect taxes (such as VAT, GST, or sales tax) are calculated and displayed before you confirm payment. The total amount displayed on the checkout summary is the amount that will be charged to your payment method.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates (“Stripe”) acting as our payment processor. Ravexio does not receive, store, or process your full card number; that information is collected and handled directly by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy.

Purchases are one-time charges. We do not operate auto-renewing subscriptions for the Course tiers. Your billing descriptor will appear on your card statement as RAVEXIO or REPUTATIONCOURSE.

If a payment is declined or reversed (including chargebacks made without first contacting us), we may suspend or revoke your access to the Course pending resolution.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment of the applicable fees, Ravexio grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Course for your own professional and personal learning.

You may not, and may not permit any third party to:

• share, resell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise transfer access to the Course;
• publish, broadcast, or redistribute Course videos, transcripts, slides, templates, or other materials, in whole or in part;
• use the Course to develop a competing product, service, or training program;
• circumvent any technical measures that restrict access to or copying of the materials.

All content delivered through the Service — including text, video, audio, graphics, logos, course structure, frameworks, templates, and the ReputationCourse and Ravexio marks — is owned by Ravexio or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise except as expressly set out in Section 7.

You agree not to use the Service in any way that:

• violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
• involves uploading viruses, malware, or any other harmful code;
• attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Service, accounts, or our systems;
• harasses, defames, or impersonates any person, including in any communication with our team.

ReputationCourse is an educational product. It is not legal, medical, financial, public-relations, or crisis-management advice for any specific situation. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including the Customer’s effort, existing online presence, profession, and market conditions.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ravexio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ravexio’s total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you actually paid to Ravexio for the Course in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Ravexio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms — in particular Sections 7 (License), 8 (IP), or 9 (Acceptable use) — or if a payment is reversed without prior contact with our support team. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

We may improve, modify, or discontinue parts of the Course over time. Where a change materially reduces what you purchased, we will use reasonable efforts to provide an equivalent replacement or, where that is not possible, a fair pro-rated refund.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a revision becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Hong Kong will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
