Policy summary
ReputationCourse is sold as a one-time purchase of a digital course. We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions in Section 3. Outside of that window, all sales are final, except where applicable consumer law gives you a longer or stronger right (see Section 4).

Payment processor: All payments on reputationcourse.info are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, "Stripe"), acting as the payment processor for Ravexio Limited. Stripe handles the collection, transmission, and storage of your payment card details in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices. Ravexio does not receive, store, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials.
Billing descriptor: Charges will appear on your card or bank statement as RAVEXIO or REPUTATIONCOURSE (via Stripe). If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us at contact@reputationcourse.info before initiating a chargeback or dispute.
Currency & taxes: All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). Applicable indirect taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) are calculated by Stripe based on your billing country and displayed in the checkout summary before you confirm payment. The total shown at checkout is the exact amount that will be charged.
Stripe policies: Your use of Stripe Checkout is also subject to Stripe Consumer Terms and Stripe Privacy Policy.

14-day refund window
You may request a full refund of the price you paid within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date shown on your Stripe receipt. No specific reason is required, although we appreciate honest feedback to help us improve the Course.
Conditions
The 14-day refund is available provided that:
- you have not consumed a substantial portion of the Course — as a practical threshold, you have viewed fewer than 25% of the lessons in your tier and have not downloaded the bundled templates or worksheets;
- you have not violated the Terms of Service (in particular the license restrictions in Section 7 and acceptable-use rules in Section 9 of the Terms);
- the request is sent from the email address used at checkout.
If you have accessed the majority of the Course or downloaded its materials, the digital product is considered fully delivered and is no longer eligible for a discretionary refund, except where required by applicable law.
EU / UK consumer rights
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
For digital content supplied without a physical carrier (such as this Course), that statutory right is lost once supply has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you lose the right of withdrawal. At checkout you are asked to confirm this consent. Until you do so, we will not unlock the Course.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your non-waivable statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
How to request a refund
Send an email to contact@reputationcourse.info from the email address used at checkout, with the subject line “Refund request”and include:
- your full name as it appears on the order;
- the order ID or Stripe receipt number;
- the approximate purchase date;
- a short note on the reason (optional but appreciated).
We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and to issue eligible refunds within 5 business days of approval.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued through Stripe to the same payment method used for the original purchase, in the original currency. Once Stripe has processed the refund, the funds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
If your original card has expired or been cancelled, please contact your card issuer first — refunds to closed cards are usually rerouted to the replacement account.
Chargebacks & disputes
If something seems wrong with a charge, please contact us first. Most issues — duplicate charges, unexpected currency conversion, mistaken purchase — can be resolved quickly without a formal dispute.
Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in your access to the Course being suspended pending resolution, as described in Section 6 of the Terms.
